If you are a student in an online program and you have concerns and/or complaints, please contact your program advisor first.

Student rights and expectations are described in the Student Code of Conduct. If the grievance involves an issue related to a College – wide policy, please review the policy:

If a student located in a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) state has a complaint about an institution operating under SARA, the complaints must first go through the institution’s procedure (noted above) for resolution of the concern. If a student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process, the complaint may be brought to the SARA portal agency in the institution’s home state – refer to the SARA Student Complaint Process. States that are members of SARA are highlighted blue on the NC-SARA map (below)


Note: MCCN distance education program cannot currently admit students from the state of Colorado.
